A few weeks ago, we asked all Blackburn with Darwen residents to take a few minutes to let us know their views and priorities for the future of the borough.
We had almost 2,000 responses to the survey and we’re now busy analysing the results.
Using the results, we are developing a plan for the Council and the borough for the next four years.
There were four incentives up for grabs for filling in the survey, which were:
- 2 x £150 shopping vouchers
- A year’s free gym membership
- A family of 4 ticket to this year’s pantomime at King Georges Hall
Four delighted Blackburn with Darwen residents are the lucky winners and are thrilled to bits about their prizes!
John and Aysha are proud winners of the shopping vouchers, Patricia is the lucky winner of the years free gym membership and Chloe has won the pantomime tickets.
John, who has won £150 of shopping vouchers, said:
“Thank you for the vouchers. I am going to donate these to asylum seekers and refuges in our borough.
I look forward to seeing the feedback of the survey being used to make Blackburn with Darwen an even better place”.
